My 20 plus years of personal experience in purchasing and rehabbing properties gives me the advantage to help clients see the possibilities where other may see none. I am most proud of my home in SE Portland Lents neighborhood. In 2007 when many saw a home that needed to be torn down in a questionable neighborhood, my husband and I saw an opportunity to polish a stone and make it into our gem. I am committed to helping others find their gem. This commitment led me to become a licensed broker in Oregon and Washington and to join the Home Sweet Home Realty team. Seller's can list their property with HSH for a total commission of 4% (1.5% list side and 2.5% Buyer's Agent side). Home Sweet Home discounts the listing agent side and we still provide the seller with full marketing to include: all websites possible, glossy flyers, signs, lockbox, negotiations and regular communication! Buyer's can utilize my expertise and knowledge of the Greater Portland and SW Washington areas at no cost. Seller's pay the commission of a Buyer's agent. When working with HSH, buyers and sellers get a Broker who does not cut corners. answers the phone, knows the market and truly cares about their clients and will always strive to put your needs first. Here are a few of the things we consider standard service: For Sellers: Quality pictures. Your home posted in the MLS and many websites (too many to list). Color flyers and brochure box in front of listing (where allowed). YouTube video. An electronic lock box that tracks everyone who enters the home. Regular communication with sellers including comparable market reports. E-mails to top producers in the area. Benefit of the market knowledge of one of the top, full-time licensed brokers in the area. For Buyers: Free buyer's representation. We schedule and accompany you when you preview homes and point out potential red flags. Market analysis and public records check of any property considered for an offer. Prepare all documents and explain them in detail. You sign nothing you do not understand. Negotiations by an experienced licensed Broker. Manage the entire escrow process.
