BIO: I've been licensed in the State of Arizona for 13 years. I've lived in Arizona for 26 years. I am happily married to an amazing Texan. We have six children ages from 22 years old to 31 years old. They are all college educated, two are in the Navy as an Officer and an enlisted, we have a pharmacist in the making, a Business major that plans to be a pilot in the air force, and a history teacher with a master's degree. Wow that just made me feel old.... Lol. As you can see we are very proud of our family. We have great Morales and respect for ourselves, our family, friends, and our clients. We feel that honesty, respect and fair dealings will carry you further in life than anything else. I've had great success working with home owners in obtaining short sale approvals to sell their homes. It brings me much joy to be able to represent buyers and sellers whether they need assistance with a new build, private purchase or sell, short sale, bank owned. I've worked with a team of realtors representing REO properties in 2009-2010. When I act a listing I work hard to present an accurate evaluation of the properties. I worked as a listing agent and assistant to the broker representing Home Steps/Freddie Mac for several years. I am currently working hard to continue building my business as an independent agent. I hold several designations and certification, (CDPE) Certified Depressed Property Expert (CSSN) Certified Short Sale Negotiator, (MSSC) Master Short Sale Certification, Res.net, Equator, and Five Star REO.
