Philosophy:

I use a Cognitive-behavioral approach in a safe environment that is researched based and gives the clients, or couples the skills and confidence they need to have a healthier and happier lifestyle along with therapy treatments and interventions with the use of coping skills that can be used for a lifetime. I treat Anxiety Disorders with CBT and Exposure and Response Therapy and have specialized training in the area of OCD and hair-pulling disorder along with Skin-Picking for children and adults.
