Novel receptor polypeptides, polynucleotides encoding the polypeptides, and related compositions. The polypeptides of the present invention can be used to down-regulate their natural ligands. The polynucleotides and subsequences thereof can be used as diagnostic probes to determine if chromosome 19 is mutated.
