Abstract:
A system for capturing a video image of the scene and for correlating data relative to the scene is disclosed. The system comprises a collection device which uses as inputs environmental stimuli and video and audio stimuli which correlates the various data such that statistical analysis can be performed.

Abstract:
The present invention relates to a blocked polyisocyanate which is based on the reaction product of a polyisocyanate with a reversible, monofunctional blocking agent for isocyanate groups, wherein the polyisocyanate is prepared by trimerizing 5 to 85% of the isocyanate groups of a cyclic organic diisocyanate having (cyclo)aliphatically bound isocyanate groups and contains i) an isocyanurate group-containing polyisocyanate and ii) at least 5% by weight, based on the weight of the polyisocyanate, of unreacted diisocyanate. The present invention also relates to a one-component coating composition containing this blocked polyisocyanate and a polyhydroxyl polyacrylate and/or a polyhydroxyl polyester. Finally, the present invention relates to substrates coated with this coating composition.

Abstract:
The present invention is directed to coating compositions comprising a) polyisocyanates having a content of isocyanate groups blocked by blocking agents of about 10 to 35% by weight and containing about 0. 5 to 10. 0% by weight of structural units corresponding to the formula --CO--NH--NH--CO-- and b) polyhydroxy polyacrylates in an amount sufficient to provide an equivalent ratio of blocked isocyanate groups to hydroxyl groups of about 0. 5:1. 0 to 2. 0:1. The present invention is also directed to the coatings prepared from these coating compositions. Finally, the present invention is directed to blocked polyisocyanates which have a content of isocyanate groups blocked by blocking agents of about 10 to 35% by weight and about 0. 5 to 10. 0% by weight (calculated as --CO--NH--NH--CO--, MW 86) of structural units corresponding to the formula --CO--NH--NH--CO--Q-- wherein Q represents NH--NH--CO-- or the group R--(CO--NH--NH--CO--). sub. n R is an n+1 valent hydrocarbon radical and n has a value from 1 to 3.

Abstract:
An adaptive fault identification system identifies repeat faults by capturing data representative of a fault. The captured data is subjected to a search tool and compared to data that is known to represent faults, and if possible, the unknown fault is identified. The search tool does not need to exactly match the data representing the unknown fault to the stored data. Instead, if the recall data pattern is similar enough to some of the stored data, a list of labels is returned where each label points to a recommended corrective action. By employing a learning algorithm, the similarity comparisons can be adapted to reflect greater knowledge of faults so that more accurate similarity comparisons can be made.

Abstract:
The present invention is directed to the stabilization of a prepolymer based on methylene diphenyl isocyanate rich in the 2,4'-isomer. It was surprisingly found that the color stability, viscosity and aging characteristics of the prepolymer are improved markedly upon the incorporation therewith of a combination of a certain epoxide compound and a hindered phenol.

Abstract:
The present invention relates to a process for the production of organic polyisocyanates containing at least partly blocked isocyanate groups characterized in that specific cyclic dicarbonyl compounds are used as the blocking agent. The present invention also relates to the polyisocyanates containing at least partly blocked isocyanate groups obtainable by this process and to the use of the polyisocyanates containing at least partly blocked isocyanate groups obtainable by this process as reactants for isocyanate-reactive compounds for the production of isocyanate polyaddition products. The present invention also relates to the use of polyisocyanates containing at least partly blocked isocyanate groups obtainable by the above process for the production of aqueous stoving lacquers and to the use of these polyisocyanates for the production of aqueous polyisocyanate solutions or dispersions. The aqueous stoving lacquers and aqueous polyisocyanate solutions or dispersions are mixed with water in the presence of a base used in a quantity which is sufficient to guarantee the solubility or dispersibility of the polyisocyanates.
