Abstract:

A hollow handle portion and a hollow barrel portion communicate with each other in a hollow housing. A first detent in the barrel portion has a first relationship for retaining a chalk in the barrel portion and a second relationship for releasing the chalk from the barrel portion. The detent is operable to the first and second relationships by a control member externally disposed on the barrel portion. A rotatable reel and a second detent are disposed in the handle portion. The second detent has a first relationship for preventing the reel from rotating and a second relationship for providing for the reel rotation. The second detent is operable to the first and second relationships by a second control member externally disposed on the handle portion. A string wound on the reel extends at a free end through an opening in the handle portion to a position external of the handle portion. A gripping member attached to the string free end provides for a manual unwinding of the string from the reel with the second detent in the second relationship.

Abstract:

One or more techniques and/or systems are disclosed for identifying an in-application message to display to a user. A user may perform a user action in an application, which can be identified. The identified user action can be compared to metadata data associated with a plurality of in-application messages for the application, and an in-application message that is eligible for display to the user can be identified based on the user action. A determination can be made whether to display the eligible message to the user in the application, based upon one or more in-application messages that the user may have previously viewed, as may be found or tracked in a user message viewing history.

Abstract:

One or more techniques and/or systems are disclosed for providing a customized service error message to a user of a service. An error encountered during a user action related to the service may be compared to one or more identified service outages to determine if the error may be attributable to any of the service outages. If the error may be caused by one or more of the identified service outages, the customized service error message can be provided, where the customized service error message comprises information about one or more of the identified service outages that cover the error. The customized service error message may be displayed to the user so that the user knows that the error is server/service side (e.g., as opposed to an issue on the user's local device), a timeframe within which the error is expected to be resolved, etc.

Abstract:

A surgical stapler includes and end effector configured to receive an upper staple cartridge and a lower staple cartridge. The lower staple cartridge includes staple drivers disposed at a non-perpendicular or oblique angle. The staple drivers may be oppositely angled relative to the perpendicular. The staple drivers may further be coupled to an actuation member that pivots the staple drivers to the perpendicular prior to stapling. The actuation members may be actuated by the firing bar and/or by a wedge sled. The upper staple cartridge may also include angled staple drivers that are pivotable to the perpendicular. The upper staple cartridge and/or the lower staple cartridge may also include staple forming pockets. Alternatively, one staple driver may be perpendicular and second staple driver may be at a non-perpendicular angle. The second staple driver may be actuated into an angled stamped recess.
