Then he chose to move to Anthony Marciano Real Estate, a focused firm dedicated to service with a personal feel and camaraderie with the other agents. It was 2003 when Judge earned his brokers license and decided to open Judge and Associates Inc. Having completed numerous classes in real estate sales, appraisal and mortgage brokerage and a degree in finance from Iona College he is confident the services Judge and Associates can offer will be no less than exceptional. Judge says “My goal is to develop a site that offers direct access to the most important asset in the Real Estate business the listings. Using his site you have the ability to search the most up to date listing source available for New York and Connecticut. HomeSearchTV can also deliver the listings as they come on the market directly to your email address. But the key to the site will be the video.” But that’s not all, Judge says he owns almost 100 domain names and will be looking to develop these over the next year. Most of these sites are town names, that he hopes to develop community blogs driven by recruiting active realtors in those neighborhoods. He does own a few that names that could be used as national MLS which includes the Global Marketing and Listing Service (GMLSTV.com). But he adds the future of real estate on the web is in the video. Outside of real estate Judge is very involved in the community. In his home town of Greenwich CT he has sponsored movie night at the New Lebanon grammar school.Yet he is most proud of his work with Habitat for Humanity. With other members of his family has raised nearly 30 thousand dollars in the past five years. They have organized a bike-a-thon around the county averaging 28 miles for each ride. This year he hopes to have 100 riders and raise 25 thousand dollars this year alone.
