Abstract:

Systems and methods that employ dynamic credentials across distinct authentication standards can be used to reduce the burden associated with repeated re-authentication. A utility can be employed during logon in an alternate operating environment that stores information from the logon dynamically and generates a credential file that is employed to grant access to a resource without repeating the earlier logon procedure, even if the device changes its user state. After processes requiring resource access are complete, or when an allowed time expires, the granted access is revoked and the device returns to a default or standard authentication technique.

Abstract:

Systems and methods for device-agnostic, multi-factor network authentication are disclosed. In some embodiments, a wireless network connection can authenticate a device over secure authentication means with a certificate that confirms a device identity. After authenticating the device, a user can be prompted to provide credentials in a captive portal. The captive portal can be inaccessible to devices that have not already authenticated using a certificate. After providing approved credentials to the captive portal, the user can access the network. This embodiment and additional embodiments are readily integrated into private wireless networks and others.

A computerized antenna mount system for continuously tracking a satellite in geosynchronous orbit that has an inclined orbit with respect to the equator. An antenna mount that automatically adjusts the declination angle of a ground station satellite antenna as a function of time after iteratively compiling the declination angle history from one complete orbit of a satellite. A field-reprogammable storage control device has a microcontroller, a write-protected memory which contains a boot code for the storage control device, a rewriteable memory for application code executable by the microcontroller, and a jump function located in both the write-protected memory and the rewriteable memory for movement between the write-protected memory and the rewriteable memory for recover after a processing interruption. Abstract:

Systems and methods that facilitate dynamic directory service object creation and certificate management are discussed. One such method can include discovering a device deployed on a network, creating and deploying a corresponding directory services object, automatically creating and deploying a certificate to the device and updating attributes associated with the device.
