A spill containment assembly includes a support structure or grate, and a flexible containment bag disposed beneath, and secured to, the grate. Fluid filled containers are placed on the grate. The bag defines an available containment volume sufficient to retain a quantity of liquid stored within the containers supported by the grate.

Abstract:
An overpack salvage drum including a drum body for holding a package to be overpacked, a lid adapted to be rotatably threaded onto the drum body to seal the package held in the drum body therein, and a clip adapted to be operatively associated with the lid before the lid is rotatably threaded onto the drum body. The clip is adapted to break in preference to the lid and the drum body in the event that the initial integrity of the seal between the lid and the drum body is compromised.

Abstract:
A method of packing a package in an overpack salvage drum that includes a drum body for holding the package to be overpacked, a lid adapted to be rotatably threaded onto the drum body to seal the package held in the drum body therein, and a clip adapted to be operatively associated with the lid before the lid is rotatably threaded onto the drum body. The method includes placing the package into a drum body, operatively associating a clip to a lid that is adapted to be rotatably threaded onto the drum body, and rotatably threading the lid with the clip operatively associated therewith onto the drum body to seal the package therein, wherein the clip is adapted to break in preference to the lid and the drum body when the seal between the lid and the drum body is first compromised.

Abstract:
A storm drain sediment filter that can be adapted to cover a catch basin and be held in place by a perforated grate. In one embodiment, the filter includes a frame including four L-shaped rigid members, each of which is provided with at least two spaced apart retaining members. The four L-shaped rigid members are arranged such that a rectangular frame is formed having a total of four overlapping sections. The retaining members engage one of the overlapping portions of the frame but slidably receives the other. No retaining ends are formed at the distal end of the slidably engaged L-shaped members to serve as a sliding boundary. Instead, the dimensions of the filter bag are such that the filter bag serves to define the maximum dimension of the frame and thereby maintain the overlapping L-shaped rigid members in slidable engagement with each other. A circular embodiment is also disclosed.

Abstract:
An overpack salvage drum including a drum body and a lid. A bottom wall and side wall of the drum body cooperate to define an interior of the drum body. The lid is configured to close an open top of the drum body. The lid includes at least two independent lid threads to engage with corresponding independent drum threads provided on the drum body. The lid includes a plurality of alternating castellations having a flat inner facing side and castellations having an arcuate inner facing side, which can be interdigitated with castellations on another lid when two lids are stacked together, or can be used to lock with a drum body to rotationally secure a drum body relative to the lid when in a stacked arrangement. The lids include lugs and recesses, or rings that allow for secure stacking of the lids.
Underground Water-Storage Vault And Method For Installing Same
An underground water-storage system that includes a sump having a base and sidewalls that cooperate to define an open-topped box that defines a reservoir, a plurality of plastic water matrices each defining a void space for receiving water, and a lid. The sump and lid are formed of a reinforced geomembrane material and include welds and are prefabricated in a location remote from an installation site of the underground water-storage vault more than two days prior to installation.
