Abstract:

An apparatus and method are provided for retrofitting a body of water with an area of lower depth. A depth reducing support structure, which includes a platform and a platform support, is provided to allow swimmers to sit or stand above the water surface of a body of water after swimming in an area of higher depth. The depth reducing support structure is submerged in a body of water, such as a swimming pool, but is separate from the structure defining the limits of the body of water and, therefore, is moveable relative thereto.

A clinical predictive and monitoring system comprising a data store operable to receive and store data associated with a plurality of patients selected from medical and health data; and a number of social, behavioral, lifestyle, and economic data; at least one predictive model to identify at least one high-risk patient associated with at least one medical condition; a risk logic module operable to apply the at least one predictive model to the patient data to determine at least one risk score associated the at least one medical condition and identify at least one high-risk patient; a data presentation module operable to present notification and information to an intervention coordination team about the identified at least one high-risk patient; and an artificial intelligence tuning module adapted to automatically adjust parameters in the predictive model in response to trends in the patient data.

A computerized method of automated patient chart review includes receiving a selection of a particular patient, automatically parsing at least one document of a patient's medical record having structured data and natural language data, automatically generating a list of variables from the patient's medical record, automatically generating a list of important variables from the list of variables associated with a specific clinical event from the structured data and natural language data. Predictive modeling and artificial intelligence are used to analyze the patient data, reviewer actions, and reviewer feedback data.
