According to Entertainment Weekly, Tonya Cooley of The Real World fame filed a lawsuit against MTV, Bunim-Murray Productions, and Real World cast members Kenneth Santucci and Evan Starkman over allegations that Santucci and Starkman sexually assualted her and that MTV producers did nothing to stop iAs reported, Tonya Cooley is suing MTV, Bunim-Murray Productions, Kenneth Santucci and Evan Starkman on 14 counts of sexual harassment, discrimination, assault, battery, and negligence. The amount of the lawsuit was not disclosed.
