Traci is currently a Vice President of Sales and a Fine Homes Specialist of The North Shore Division. In recognition of her outstanding performance for 2008-2012 Traci received The Chairman's Circle Gold Award, The Leading Edge Awards and The Presidents Circle Award . These prestigious awards represents the top 2% of sales professionals in The Douglas Elliman Company. For 2013 she is again one of the top producers for the current quarter. Traci is a Vice President & Fine Home Specialist of The Luxury Division in The North Shore Group. Born and raised in Manhasset, Traci chose to return to this area. The reasons were simple, to raise a family here with its fine award winning schools, for its close proximity to the city, the beautiful waters that surround Manhasset and its great sense of community. She is a big believer in giving back to the community and currently serves as she has for the last 10 years as a member of The Architectural Review Board in Plandome Manor. Traci also served as President of The IHM Board for 2008 and 2009 of Our Lady of Grace Montessori School located in Manhasset. She was a member of The IHM Board from 2001-2009 and currently serves on the finance committee of The Little Flower Children Services which is the largest childrens foster care agency in New York. She is Vice President of Plandome Park Association and serves as a member of The Board of Trustees for Westhampton Country Club. She is currently a board member of The Manhasset Booster Club. Traci started her own Interior Design firm called Cheslea Interiors. She always enjoyed the satisfaction of helping clients design their homes interiors.
