Gary earned a distinguished degree in Rhetoric (Business Communications) from the University of California - Davis and then an MFA from New York University (Tisch Grad Acting Program) before moving here to L.A. to work as writer for television shows like Pictionary, Hollywood Squares, and Supermarket Sweep. In 1999, after buying a 4-unit property in Studio City, Gary Dean decided to pursue Real Estate full time and joined Prudential California in Studio City. Pennsylvania born Traci, grew up in England until her family moved and settled down in the San Fernando Valley. She still loves to go back to England to stock up on decent tea but will never leave the California sunshine. Traci spent 12 years as a paralegal specializing in real estate law and civil litigation before returning to real estate, initially with Coldwell Banker in its Pacific Palisades and Encino offices, then 2002 to Paramount Rodeo Realty (Woodland Hills Assistant Manager) and in 2005, Traci joined Gary Dean at Prudential California Realty in Studio City. Gary Dean and Traci currently live in their renovated 50’s Spanish aka Rancho Modern in Valley Glen with their rescue Maltipoo Beatrix and Brooklyn Cat Lena.
