I answer to the title of Mom a lot! I adore my husband, and our 3 children. I am an avid reader of books, and a slightly insane cat lady. I love working with buyers and helping them with this adventure in their lives. Handing someone keys to their home is such a special time....and I love being part of the lives, and building relationships with my clients. I am always available for questions and I support home buyer education as I believe that the more you know and understand the better decisions that people make. Specializing in 1st time home buyers (defined as anyone who hasn't owned a home in 3 years or more). ... I have been teaching the Free Home Buyer Community Classes for about 6 years now. These classes are free, and non-promotional with the emphasis being on teaching potential home buyers what they need to know to proctect themselves, and about the state programs that are available to help the 1st time home buyer (defined as anyone who hasn't owned a home in 3 years or more) into a home. I have been helping buyers into a home for almost 10 years now, and I love working as a buyers agent. As a buyers agent my goal is to help a buyer into a home they love for a price they can afford. As a buyers agent, I work only for the buyer! There are a lot of hurdles and pitfalls in real estate....I firmly believe that education is one of the most important things a buyer can do to protect themselves and to get the help they need to buy a home. I also send out a weekly email every Sunday with first time home buyer advice, situations, and examples.
