I moved to the Santa Clarita Valley in 1982. My husband Lloyd and I have raised 4 amazing children and our now enjoying the fun of being grand parents to 3 fantastic grand kids with more to come. When I first moved from the San Fernando Valley to Santa Clarita it was because I could better afford a home here than in the Valley. After living in Santa Clarita a couple years I realized that the quality of family life here was so fantastic, I stayed put. I have been a full time real estate professional since 1986 and got my real estate Broker's license in 1993. My business is founded on a strong referral base and word of mouth. I am very relationship focused in all areas of my life. Networking is a natural skill for me and I have done it all my life. It's like playing connect the dots; when I can match a family up with a home or service that can help someone out. Family is very important to me and I care about the well being of other peoples families too. Giving back to my community is also very important and I enjoy volunteer work. I am very involved with the Santa Clarita Valley Senior Center and the Single Mothers out reach. I was a single mom for a few years before I met my wonderful husband Lloyd. I understand the struggles single parents endure. It's a great honor to give back to others in gratitude for how great my life is now. Real Estate is a 7 day a week business and I discovered many years ago one person can't do it all ( lesson from my single mom days). In 1990 I developed a team so I could have quality of life and still deliver fantastic personal service to my clients. On March 29th 2013 I became a part owner of Cobalt Realty Group. My new company is dedicated to delivering top quality service to our clients and supporting our agents to be the best people they can be.
