JAN/ 2012, Rockland County Court: MR. DUNBAR: Well, Judge, the Sheriff's Department was in the process of going to go look for her. They contacted Hartford County, Maryland, which is standard for them to see if there is anything for them to be aware of. Hartford County informs Pierce Redmond of the Sheriff's Department, that they are no longer interested in her. They withdraw their warrant nationwide. It is now only good in the State of Maryland. Hartford never called to inform me. Albany has confirmed that Maryland is no longer asking for her requisition. I have the form in my hand. For the record, I am going to send it go back up to Albany where it's going to be rescinded, the-- THE COURT: What do you want me to do? MR. DUNBAR: I would move to dismiss everything in the record. THE COURT: Did you tell Albany? MR. MURPHY: I have had no contact since I last saw her. THE COURT: She is in the wind? MR. MURPHY: Correct. THE COURT: She took off? MR. MURPHY: I don't know if she took off, I just haven't spoken to her. THE COURT: It's a civil matter. I don't think it's a criminal thing. MR. DUNBAR: I just wanted to put on the record, all warrants have been rescinded- THE COURT: Did we call it in? THE CLERK: No, we didn't. THE COURT: I'm sorry, I thought she was maybe picked up again and in the back. MR. MURPHY: She is not here. THE CLERK: On the bail calendar, the People of the State of New York against Valerie Carlton on for a warrant recall. THE COURT: Go ahead, Mr. Dunbar. MR. DUNBAR: Your Honor, as we stated earlier, the People are withdrawing the governor's warrant that has been signed, and it's going to be sent back up to Albany and officially sealed. The County of Hartford, State of Maryland has withdrawn their requisition for Ms. Carlton. We ask it be dismissed and record is sealed. THE COURT: After all of that time. Mr. Murphy, do you have anything to say? MR. MURPHY: I have no objection, I join in the application. THE COURT: Okay, yes, application granted.
