Early Friday morning, about 100 parents and the School Leadership Team at P.S. 187 on Cabrini Boulevard rallied to protest cuts to a school that parent Victoria Frye described as bare bones. Last year the school lost seven teachers; this year its slated to lose five more, according to the list the DOE recently put out.
