Abstract:
Provided herein are cell assay devices, methods of assaying the activity of immune cells on target cells, and methods of selecting a treatment for a subject having cancer. Described herein are cell assay devices comprising a biocompatible substrate having an upper surface supporting a plurality of arrays of spots comprising an adhesion-promoting material; a biocompatible membrane having top and bottom surfaces and positioned adjacent to the upper surface of the substrate and defining a plurality of chambers within the membrane between the top surface and the bottom surface of the membrane, wherein the membrane comprises at least two openings in the top surface of the membrane into each chamber to provide access to the chambers.

Abstract:
An anomaly detector for detecting anomaly in input data comprises an auto-encoder trained to encode the input data and decode the encoded input data to reconstruct the input data. Further, the anomaly detector comprises a classifier trained to determine a reconstruction loss indicative of a difference between the accepted input data and the reconstructed input data, where the reconstruction loss includes a weighted combination of a plurality of loss functions evaluating reconstruction losses of a plurality of parts of the reconstructed input data, different types of loss functions, or both. The classifier is further configured to detect an anomaly in the reconstructed input data when the reconstruction loss is above a threshold.

Abstract:
Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A wireless device, such as a user equipment and/or a base station, may determine that an active transmit beam has changed from a first transmit beam to a second transmit beam, the second transmit beam being different from the first transmit beam. The wireless device may identify a reference signal identifier that is associated with the second transmit beam. The wireless device may update, based at least in part on the identifying, a channel state information (CSI) resource setting to include the reference signal identifier, wherein the CSI resource setting is associated with the active transmit beam.

Abstract:
Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for carrier independent signal transmission and reception. Certain aspects provide a method for wireless communication. The method includes applying, at a device, a phase correction to a first signal to compensate for a difference between a first zero tone location comprising a first frequency and a second zero tone location comprising a second frequency. The method further includes one of: transmitting the first signal after applying the phase correction; or receiving the first signal prior to applying the phase correction.
Methods and systems for equalization of a first receiver. A method may include receiving an input signal at the first receiver. The method may also include receiving the input signal at a second receiver. The method may further include determining, from an output response of the second receiver, an estimate of an out-of-channel interferer present in the input signal. The method may also include determining an estimate, of an undesired in-channel response of the first receiver to the out-of-channel interferer present in the input signal. The method may include applying the estimate, of the undesired in-channel response of the first receiver to the out-of-channel interferer present in the input signal, to an output signal of the first receiver to substantially cancel an instance of an undesired in-channel response of the first receiver to the out-of-channel interferer.
