A method for forming a superconducting wire with a tape substrate comprises dispensing the tape substrate, providing at least one reactor chamber to form at least one buffer material on the tape substrate based on determining at least one of a type of tape substrate, a type of superconductor material, and a type of buffer material, providing another reactor chamber to continuously form a layer of the superconductor material on a layer of the buffer material, and spooling the tape substrate with the layer of superconductor material.

The invention continuously deposits materials used to grow a superconductor layer onto a moving tape. The invention preferably uses a pay-out reel and take-up reel to respectively dispense and spool the tape substrate at a constant rate. The invention preferably uses a series of stages to form the superconductor layer on the tape, and includes at least one reactor or reaction chamber to deposit one or more materials onto the tape substrate that is used to form the superconductor layer, and one or more chambers to deposit buffer layers between the superconductor and the metal tape substrate or between layers of superconductor, as well as for the deposition of coating layers. The invention also preferably uses transition chambers between the stages to isolate each stage from the other stages.

System For Forming Superconductor Material On A Tape Substrate
There is disclosed a system for forming a superconductor material on a substrate. The system may comprise a dispensing reel; a spooling reel; and at least two modular reaction chambers, wherein at least one modular reaction chamber is connected to a supply of buffer precursor material and at least one other modular reaction chamber is connected to a supply of superconductor precursor material. The modular reaction chambers may include connections capable of being modified to add or remove adjacent components. It is understood that at least one of the spooling reel and/or the dispensing reel are exposed to normal atmosphere. The deposition chamber may also comprise a distribution head that provides a laminar flow of precursor materials onto the substrate, as well as at least one lamp comprising a reflector that directs UV and/or visible light towards the tape substrate to enhance a growth rate of material.

Abstract:
Systems and methods are provided for predicting and optimizing the probability of an outcome event. In a specific embodiment, the disclosure is directed to a multi-phase communication system configured to perform predictive analyses during stages based on input received from a user. In a particular implementation, there may be a first communication phase configured to accept limited input from a user to establish linear dependency between input and an outcome event for the purpose of an agent assignment, followed by a second communication phase to provide sequential predictive analyses based on natural conversation data between a user and agent. In a specific embodiment, the second communication phase may implement a second predictive model trained to identify non-linear dependencies between communication data and an outcome event. Herein is also described a graphical user interface for representing scores corresponding to the probability of outcome events, among other features.
