Abstract:

A differential pair arrangement includes two mutually intersecting differential pairs of conductors wherein each pair may perform as both aggressor and victim. The crosstalk imposed on the victim conductor by the pair of aggressor differential pair is substantially zero at any moment and any section. Therefore, there is no crosstalk accumulated along the longitudinal direction of the conductors, and thus the far-end or the near-end crosstalk is substantially zero.

Abstract:

An arrangement of differential pairs in a multi-layer printed circuit board is provided for eliminating crosstalk. The arrangement of differential pairs in the multi-layer printed circuit board includes a first differential pair, and a second differential pair. The first differential pair and the second differential pair may each be a driven pair or a victim pair. By properly arranging the first differential pair and the second differential pair, in accordance with the present invention, the resultant crosstalk on the first differential pair induced by the second differential pair, or vice versa, is substantially zero or negligible.

A contact of an electrical connector includes an upper section for engaging a pin of a central processing unit module, a lower section retained in a bore defined in a housing of the connector with a tail section extending therefrom for being electrically connected to a circuit board and a plurality of spaced connecting sections, serving as signal transmission channels, arranged between the upper and lower sections and electrically connected thereto to serve as electrical current channels. Abstract:

Techniques are disclosed for estimating a source resolution of image data presented to a system. According to these techniques, input image data may be converted to a domain of frequency coefficients. Each coefficient may represent content of the input image along a respective pair of frequencies extending in two dimensions. For each set of frequency coefficients having a common frequency in one of the dimensions, zero crossings of coefficient values may be detected. The zero crossings may be counted at each frequency position in the second dimension. An estimate of the input image's source resolution may be estimated from a comparison of the zero crossings. For video, this process may be performed across images of an input video sequences.
