IBM's Sales School taught him about the value of superb customer service, and he has held technical certifications since 1994. In business for himself since 2004, Chris has been delighting residential and business users with onsite technology services and timely advice on how to get the best values from today's technologies -- including free stuff. He is constantlyupdating his expertise and "best practices" in security, backup, networking, the "Cloud", smartphones, tablets, and other areas, which are regularly passed along via client visits, newsletters, and presentations.
