My goal in working with others, is to try to put myself in their shoes. I listen to their needs and desires in purchasing or selling their homes. I feel this helps me in every situation. When I work with young people, I think about my own children. I don't want them to purchase a home that is too expensive for them. You need to remember pizza night and enjoy yourself. If it takes a year to find the right home for them then I am will work with them until we find the right home and price. When I work with over 55 buyers, I remember my mother and I have alot of patience and concern for their needs. I am very honest and hard worker. I always remember where I came from and treat everyone with respect. Before I started selling real estate, I sold Avon, Mary Kay, Longerburger baskets and worked at a furniture store. The hardest job I have experenced was running a bed and breakfast and catering for weddings and other events. This taught me patiences and organization.
