Abstract:

The present disclosure relates to systems and methods for providing secure support to virtual appliances delivered to customer sites without passwords or enabled ports for service. A virtual appliance may be established on a first device. The virtual appliance may comprise a self-contained virtual machine with a pre-installed operating system and may be established with no root password enabled and a remote access port disabled. An administration tool may receive from a requestor a request to enable maintenance for the virtual appliance. The administration tool may generate, responsive to the request, a random password. The administration tool may enable, responsive to the request, the remote access port. The virtual appliance may wait for a connection to the remote access port for a predetermined period of time. The administration tool may transmit the random password to a service of a second device remote to the first device.

Abstract:

A system for providing on-demand rate guidance for a job position in at least one geographic location. The system includes a communication device and an automated pay rate creation system installed with a pay rate creation application. A presentation module provides a messaging window on the communication device for the user interactions. A request module provides queries on the messaging window to request job details. A pay rate processing and parsing module receives the job details and processes and parses the job details into user specific configurations and stores in a pay rate database. A pay rate creation module creates the pay rates. A pay rate identification module performs a pay rate analysis and generates a confidence factor on the data quality. A resource hiring module recommends the candidate work location for hiring at least one resource based on the pay rates and the confidence factor.

A system and method for automating a request creation that allows interaction with a user comprises at least one communication device in communication with an automated request creation system via a network. The automated request creation system includes a request creation server residing on a central computer having a processor installed with a request creation application and coupled with a memory unit integrated with a central database. The automated request creation system comprises a presentation module, a request module, a processing and parsing module, a mapping module, a rate identification module, a request creation module and a review module at the processor of the central computer. The automated request is created by the request creation module when the user confirms a plurality of data points based on the mapping module and the rate identification module.
