M.Arch, ArchitectureStudent Representative, PresidentâÃÂÃÂs Environmental Task Force: In 2003, the President of the University, Mary Sue Coleman, established the task force to âÃÂÃÂdevelop a plan for the University of Michigan to create a more sustainable future.âÃÂàAs one of two student representatives on the task force working with all different leaders of the schoolâÃÂÃÂs faculty & staff, the group is charged with identifying indicator which best measure the progress of the University with respect to its environmental performance, as well as investigating how these indicators might best be measured and reported on a regular basis. A report presents the task force recommendations in response to President ColemanâÃÂÃÂs charge.
Sustainable Design Faculty Search Committee âÃÂàstudent representative in the search for a new member of the faculty which focused on sustainable design parameters. Participated in application review, interviews, and helped to coordinate the lecture sequence and student involvement.
