Abstract:

An interconnective and interrelational information system comprising at least one computer having an input member, an output member and an storage member. At least one of the at least one computers includes a managing structure, a data storage structure and a training structure. The managing structure manages at least one process. The data storage structure is associated with the process managing structure, and includes at least one item of data pertaining to the at least one process. The training structure facilitates the training of at least one employee to complete the processes identified in the process managing structure. The training structure interfaces with the process managing structure and with the data storage structure, to, in turn, obtain the necessary item of data from the data storage structure to provide training to the at least one employee for the at least one process. The invention further includes methods of managing processes and training employees.

Abstract:

A suspension system for the care and prevention of wounds on the body of a user includes an array of removable suspension devices forming a flexible sheet. Each suspension device is removably coupled to at least on other suspension device. The suspension devices are selectably removable from the array in order to define a space within the sheet which approximates the size of a target area on the body of the user. A disposable garment for the body of a user includes an absorbent portion and a wound are and prevention suspension portion. The absorbent portion has fluid pervious inner sheet, a fluid impervious outer sheet and at least one layer of absorbent material disposed between the inner and outer sheets. The wound are and prevention suspension portion is coupled to the absorbent portion. The application of a suspension system for the care and prevention of wounds to the body of a user including identifying a target area on the body of a user, obtaining a sheet formed of removable suspension devices, selectably removing at least one suspension device from the sheet to define a space which approximates the target area, and securing the sheet to the body of the user such that the sheet supports the target area without contacting the target area.

Abstract:

A mass spectrometer is disclosed having a detector that detects the induction of a charge as an ion pulse passes by the detector and provides a representative output signal thereof. The inductive detector output signal is present regardless of the presence or intensity of preceding ion pulses and also the inductive detector is relatively insensitive to the velocity of the charged particles being detected. Further, the inductive detector does not destroy the vast majority of the ion pulses that it detects so that the non-destroyed ion pulses may be further analyzed by spectrometers attached in tandem.

The compounds of S-(2-dialkylaminoalkyl) alkyl phosphonothioic acids and hod of preparing said compounds possessing anticholinesterase activity comprising an aqueous solution which comprises dialkylaminoalkyl chloride salts which are converted to their corresponding dialkylmonoalkyl ammonium ions and alkylphosphonothioic acids forming a reaction mixture. The latter mixture is placed on a cation exchange resin with subsequent addition of water as an eluting agent giving rise to fractions containing the desired compounds.
