System And Method For Simulation Of Outcomes For Use In Navigating Procedures For Resource Acquisition
- Charlotte NC, US Kathleen Hanko Trombley - Oakboro NC, US
Assignee:
BANK OF AMERICA CORPORATION - Charlotte NC
International Classification:
G01C 21/34 G06N 5/04 G01C 21/36
Abstract:
Embodiments of the present invention provide a system for simulating outcomes for use in navigating procedures for resource acquisition. The system is configured for identifying initiation of at least one event by a user via an entity application, wherein the at least one event is associated with acquisition of a first resource, in response to identifying initiation of the at least one event, extracting user data associated with the user, identifying one or more procedures associated with the acquisition of the first resource, compiling the user data and the one or more procedures to generate one or more navigational recommendations associated with the acquisition of the first resource, transmitting the one or more navigational recommendations to a user device of the user, and transmitting a set of control signals to display the one or more navigational recommendations on a graphical user interface of the user device, via the entity application.
Electronic System For Adaptive Dynamic Multi-Directional Resource Transmissions
- Charlotte NC, US Joseph Benjamin Castinado - North Glenn CO, US Kapil Chhibber - Davis CA, US Ann Ta - Scottsdale AZ, US Kathleen Hanko Trombley - Oakboro NC, US
Embodiments of the invention are directed to systems, methods, and computer program products for adaptive dynamic multi-directional resource transmissions. The invention is structured for dynamically authenticating an activity between network devices, identifying resource deficiencies associated with network devices, and deploying adapted mitigation resources at one or more network devices in real-time, and without requiring discontinuation of the activity. Specifically, the invention is structured to determine a first resource deficiency associated with the first resource. In response, the system is structured to transmit a first adapted mitigation resource of the one or more adapted mitigation resources to the first resource in a transmission direction, triggering transmission of a first resource quantity from the first resource to an entity resource on another transmission direction.
System And Methods For Generation And Analysis Of Real-Time Resource Requests
- Charlotte NC, US Paulette LaShon Bryant - Charlotte NC, US Kathleen Hanko Trombley - Oakboro NC, US Therese Humburg Willis - Apopka FL, US Paul Benton Murphy - Tigard OR, US Lee Ann Proud - Ponte Vedra FL, US
Assignee:
BANK OF AMERICA CORPORATION - Charlotte NC
International Classification:
G06F 9/50 H04L 29/06 G06Q 20/02
Abstract:
Embodiments of the invention are directed to a system, method, or computer program product generation and analysis of real-time resource requests via a resource platform. A resource platform is provided for receiving and automating the management and processing of resource requests submitted by entities or users. The system embraces a fully digital approach to resource request processing, analysis, authentication, and reporting. In addition, the invention allows for analysis of reconciliation data of executed resource transfers for identification of useful trends that can be used for proactive accommodation of entity policies to align with perceived user preferences.
System And Methods For Processing And Authorization Of Real-Time Resource Requests
- Charlotte NC, US Paulette LaShon Bryant - Charlotte NC, US Kathleen Hanko Trombley - Oakboro NC, US Therese Humburg Willis - Apopka FL, US Paul Benton Murphy - Tigard OR, US Lee Ann Proud - Ponte Vedra FL, US
Assignee:
BANK OF AMERICA CORPORATION - Charlotte NC
International Classification:
G06F 9/50 G06F 9/54 H04L 29/06 G06Q 10/06
Abstract:
Embodiments of the invention are directed to a system, method, or computer program product for processing and authorization of electronic resource requests via a resource platform. A platform is provided for receiving and processing resource request data, and automating the authorization process involved with resource requests. The resource platform may be leveraged by one or more entities via secure communication interface through the conversation of electronic resource request data to industry standard formatting as well as formatting for multiple digital channel types. Authorization of electronic resource requests may include intelligent user configuration for convenient authentication via the use of multiple authenticated users.
Systems For Real-Time International Conversions In A Public Distribution Environment
- CHARLOTTE NC, US Martha Sain McClellan - Lancaster SC, US Lee Ann Proud - Ponte Vedra FL, US Kathleen Hanko Trombley - Oakboro NC, US
Assignee:
BANK OF AMERICA CORPORATION - CHARLOTTE NC
International Classification:
G06F 17/28 H04W 4/021
Abstract:
A system that provides for selection, at the onset of a resource event, between (i) a first resource event volume of a first resource type (i.e., a resource type associated with the resource-providing entity) and (ii) a second resource event volume of a second type (i.e., a resource type associated with the resource-receiving entity). The first resource event volume used in the selection is determined by applying a conversion rate to the second resource event volume near to or in conjunction with the initiation of the resource event. As a result, resource conversion occurs at the onset of the resource event as opposed to conventional processing which provides for the resource conversion at or near the conclusion of the resource event.

H04L 12/24 H04L 12/927 H04L 12/66 H04L 12/26
Abstract:
A system that provides for managing deployed resource interaction devices/equipment through a gateway device that is capable of monitoring the performance of the resource interaction devices/equipment to determine a need for revisions/updates to the resource interaction event application, additional services and/or different resource interaction devices types.
System For Adjustment Of Resource Allocation Based On Multi-Channel Inputs
Embodiments of the invention are directed to systems, methods, and computer program products for providing a system for adjustment of resource allocation based on multi-channel inputs that is configured for intelligent, proactive and responsive communication with a user, via a user device. The system is further configured to perform one or more user activities, in an integrated manner, within a single interface of the user device, without requiring the user to operate disparate applications. Furthermore, the system is configured to receive user input through multiple communication channels such as a textual communication channel and an audio communication channel. The system is further configured to switch between the various communication channels seamlessly, and in real-time.
System For Generating Electronic Alerts Through Predictive Optimization Analysis Of Resource Conversions
- Charlotte NC, US Kathleen Hanko Trombley - Oakboro NC, US Martha Sain McClellan - Lancaster SC, US Joseph Benjamin Castinado - North Glenn CO, US
Assignee:
Bank of America Corporation - Charlotte NC
International Classification:
G06F 9/50 G06F 9/46
Abstract:
A system generates electronic alerts through predictive analysis of resource conversions. The system may continuously monitor executed resource transfers to generate historical resource transfer data. Based on the historical resource transfer data, the system may generate a predicted outcome of executing transfers of resources in a first format compared to transfers of resources in a second format. The predicted outcome may then be implemented by the system to select a resource format for transfers occurring in the future and/or at specified intervals.
