Abstract:
A system and method for correcting alignment of a product on a tool and, more particularly, to a system and method for correcting alignment of a wafer on a chuck of a tool. The system is a tool comprising at least one contact near a circumference of the tool and a grounded contact proximate to the at least one contact. The method comprises measuring current on each branch of a circuit and calculating an angle of a wafer based on a difference in the current on each branch of the circuit.

Abstract:
The present invention provides a system and method for operating hybrid concurrent and switched dual-band low noise amplifiers. Embodiments use a concurrent design at the input block of a hybrid LNA to advantageously achieve better impedance matching while using a switch capacitor design at the output block to advantageously achieve a better gain than typical concurrent multiband LNAs. Embodiments might be integrated into wireless devices configured to simultaneously receive on multiple frequency bands while providing gains of 30 dB or more by combining the advantages of concurrent multiband LNAs with the advantages of switched multiband LNAs. In addition to the higher gains provided by embodiments of the hybrid LNA described herein, hybrid multiband LNAs according to embodiments of the present invention provide a smaller device footprint and power requirements than would be required for a receiver including multiple single-band LNAs for amplifying signals for each frequency band individually.
Cmos Triple-Band Rf Vga And Power Amplifier In Linear Transmitter
Methods and systems for amplifying signals are provided. Embodiments include a three-to-one multiplexer, a multiband RF variable gain amplifier (VGA), a multiband power amplifier driver (PAD), and a one-to three multiplexer. The three-to-one multiplexer receives three input signals from an RF frequency source and outputs an output signal corresponding one input signal. The multiband RF VGA receives the output signal of the three-to-one multiplexer, provides a first level of amplification to the signal received from the three-to-one multiplexer, and outputs an amplified version of the signal. The multiband PAD receives the signal output by the multiband RF variable gain amplifier and provides a second level of amplification to the signal and outputs an amplified version of the signal. The one-to-three multiplexer receives a signal output by the multiband PAD produces three output signals that correspond to each of the three input signals.
Physiotherapy Fiber, Shoes, Fabric, And Clothes Utilizing Electromagnetic Energy
Fiber, fabric, clothes, and shoes having a material incorporated therein which, when stimulated by energy, emits a predetermined spectrum having a first electromagnetic radiation having a wavelength range selected from the group consisting of about 0. 2. mu. m to about 50. mu. m, and about 0. 4. mu. m to about 25. mu. m, and a second radiation having a wavelength range selected from the group consisting of about 7500. mu. m to about 100,000. mu. m, and about 5400. mu. m to about 500,000. mu. m, similar to radiation generated by the human body over similar ranges. A reflecting layer is adjacent to a fabric having the material incorporated therein such that body heat is conserved so as to achieve a therapeutic result. The energy stimulating the material can be body heat, electrical heat, magnetic energy, or other energy forms.
Method And Apparatus For Regulating And Improving The Status Of Development And Survival Of Living Organisms
A method and apparatus utilizing the action of simulated bio-frequency spectrum signals generated upon human beings, animals, plants, and micro-organisms to regulate and improve the status of growth and survival of said organisms. The simulated bio-frequency spectrum signals are generated through the excitation of one or a plurality of chemical elements and their compounds contained in the simulated bio-frequency spectrum signal generator by certain form of energy. Said simulated bio-frequency spectrum signals are broad band signals with wavelengths ranging from micrometers to centimeters. Said signals act upon certain sites of the organisms, elicit transition of the atoms, molecules, and electrons in the body of the organism, and cause resonances, thereby the aim of regulating and improving the status of growth of the organism is achieved.
The present invention relates to a radiation generating apparatus for physical therapy and a process for its manufacture. The apparatus generates a characteristic radiation spectrum to treat and effectively treat or cure diseases of the blood circulating system, skin diseases, surgical wounds, arthritis, bronchitis, asthma, functional disorders of the stomach and/or intestines, gynecological and obstetric disorders such as dysmenorrhoea, hypertension, stress and for promoting the healing of wounds. The apparatus employs a radiation generator comprising a substrate, a transducing layer and a radiation generating layer. A dual purpose radiation treatment and lighting lamp is also described.
Apparatus For Generating Electromagnetic Radiation
This apparatus can generate simulated bio-frequency spectrum signals from 0. 2. mu. m-10 mm. The signals are produced by a simulated bio-spectrum generating component when monomer or compounds of one or more chemical elements in the apparatus are excited by a certain form of energy source (such as thermal energy or magnetic energy ). The simulated bio-spectrum signals are broad signals from. mu. m to mm. Through direct exposure to the affected parts of the body, the transiting of energy levels of the molecules, atoms and electrons, is a cause of the regulating and improving of the status of development and survival of living organisms.
