Perform Preventative Maintenance Checks & Services (PMCS) on medical equipment. Complete calibration procedures on various pieces of medical equipment ensuring manufacturers specifications are met and safety policies and standards are followed. Troubleshoot and repair various pieces of medical equipment down to component on a team and as an individual. Follow safe troubleshooting techniques while referencing manufacturers literature. Properly use various pieces of Test Measurement & Diagnostic Equipment (TMDE). Troubleshoot and calibrate radiology systems, ventilators, defibrillators, infusion pumps, blood pressure machines and many others. Perform electrical safety tests. Install and remove components on printed circuit boards using soldering techniques.
