Abstract:

A combinatorial chemistry system allows for the dual processing of different molecules coated on a library of beads. The system includes beads coated with different molecules on each bead, a bead holder, screening equipment and characterization equipment. Molecules on the beads are both screened and characterized simultaneously.

Abstract:

The present disclosure relates to an insulated system for dispensing a one-component polyurethane foam, and more specifically, to a portable and insulated device for storing a plurality of small canisters of one-component polyurethane foam operating in tandem with a handheld dispenser gun. What is contemplated is the use of a handheld insulated box, such as a industrial cooler, or a cardboard box, such as a storage and delivery box with slit openings for operation with flexible fixation straps, used in association with a belt holster with clip-on docketing stations for operation of a plurality of OCF canisters in an insulated environment. To protect from possible blockage of internal sections of a manifold by cooled OCF, different configurations of manifold, such as a C shape or a star shape, are contemplated.

Abstract:

A fixed format message entry device employs a solid state memory for storing data. A portable keyboard is provided to input data to a display that is packaged with the keyboard and associated electronics. The display is comprised of an array of light emitting diodes operating with fiber optics. Overlay cards have openings, through which the light emitting diodes pass. Printed codes appear on the cards, next to respective fiber optics thus facilitating the interpretation of a display, by an operator.

Abstract:

A cellular telephone system is upgraded by modifying subscriber units for selective service provider acquisition-during roaming. Priority of acquisition is given to those service providers associated with the home service provider. These preferred service providers are identified by System Identification (SIDs) numbers. A roaming subscriber unit will tune to a single broadcast frequency to identify available system providers operating in a physical area to which the subscriber has roamed.
