Tom has been deeply invloved in Wellington area real estate since moving to the area in 1996 -- first as an investor, then as a builder, and for the last 5 years as an Agent and Broker. Originally with Wellington Realty, Tom and his wife Debbie started their own firm called Preferred Properties after Wellington Realty was absorbed by a much larger company making it difficult to provide the outstanding customer service Tom had become known for. A long-time resident of Palm Beach Polo, Tom also specializes in such popular neighborhoods as The Aero Club; Olympia; Village Walk; Palm Beach Point and St Andrews at the Polo Club.
