Abstract:

A controllable toilet flushing apparatus comprises an activating handle mechanism configured in a hollow housing assembly positioned under a toilet tank to be placed directly or indirectly over a toilet bowl; a hollow housing assembly where the activating handle mechanism and an outlet funnel are configured from within is manufactured to work with a mating sealed toilet tank or an open-top toilet tank; the activating handle mechanism comprises a horizontal shaft loaded with at least one torsion spring, a lift arm positioned under the outlet valve opening is attached to the horizontal shaft at the pivotal end and the other end can be attached to the outlet valve cap, at least one activating handle attached to the horizontal shaft end thereof to activate a flush by forcing the outlet valve cap lifted upwardly which allows water from the toilet tank to be discharged into the toilet bowl.

Abstract:

A battery charging system controls and modifies the output voltage of the charging rectifier in response to differing temperature ranges of the battery. At a low range of temperatures starting at a low temperature (e. g. within a range of 0 to 25. degree. C. to about 53. degree. C. ) the rectifier voltage decreases as the temperature increases to prevent charging current from rising as the battery temperature increases. This change is performed in accord with a linear graphical slope relating the change of charging voltage to temperature. A suitable charging voltage decrease rate may be 3 mV/. degree. C. /cell with a range of 1. 5 mV/. degree. C. /cell to 5 mV/. degree. C. /cell being acceptable. Reduction of the charging voltage within this range reduces the aging effect of high temperature operation of the battery. The charging voltage applied to the battery is held at a constant value over a subsequent range of temperatures (e. g. 53. degree. C. to 75. degree. C.

Abstract:

A multi-function latch and latch bolt are configured as a pair of mechanical fastener to be installed on a gate for the purpose of holding the gate in closed position, and that a person standing on the inside of the fence can disengage the latch hook bracket from the latch bolt, or disengage the latch bolt from the latch hook bracket in any of which method to unlatch and open the gate from inside the fence even when the outside of the latch is locked. On the other hand, when the latch is not locked on the inside but locked on the outside with an incorporated lock, keyed or combination padlock; then a person standing on the outside of the gate may open the gate if he/she has an appropriate key or knows the combination codes in order to unlock, unlatch and open the gate from outside the fence.

Abstract:

A multi-tape dispenser, for dispensing reversed-conjoined and non-reversed-conjoined adhesive tape end portions from adhesive tape rolls, includes a housing structure configured with at least two rotatable tape-roll hubs installed perpendicularly to the front wall panel and rear wall panel so that at least one of the tape rolls installed on the rotatable tape-roll hubs is reversed and at least one adhesive edge of at least one tape roll is conjoined partially and longitudinally to a reversed adhesive edge of at least one rear tape roll when the reversed-conjoined tape end portions are being dispensed simultaneously on the same path. A dual tape dispenser and method of dispensing reversed-conjoined tapes which includes housing panels configured with two rotatable tape-roll hubs mounted perpendicularly to the vertical housing panels to hold two rolls of tapes with one of the tapes is reversed so that an adhesive edge of the first tape is conjoined longitudinally to a reversed adhesive edge of the second tape when the tape ends are being dispensed simultaneously on the same path. A plurality of configurations for the dual tape dispenser dispensing reversed-conjoined tapes may be manufactured for use with tape bore openings ranging from three inches to one inch in diameter for scaled-down versions to accommodate smaller tape rolls in all of which the dispensers are for dispensing reversed-conjoined tapes that are partially and longitudinally overlapped on the inside edges, thus exposing the remain adhesive portion on each side of the reversed-conjoined tapes.
