After moving from upstate New York to take up residence in Mount Airy, North Carolina, then moving to Clemmons, North Carolina with his wife and two children Walter was a hands-on property manager – helping people find short and long term housing that fit there needs. Walter has also help people in other areas over the years obtaining NC Health licenses and working at an insurance office and in the field. He says those years helped sharpen his listening skills while they helping people find the right healthcare to fit their needs. Walter also worked as head chef for many years and still to this day is very passionate about the kitchen. Walter enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, morning runs, hiking, working in the yard and donating time to Surry Animal Rescue. His family grows often with the adoption of new four legged sons and daughters. When Walter's ongoing love of real estate led him to become licensed in North Carolina, he wanted to make a difference in real estate so he also joined the largest real estate company in the county which allows Walter access to unlimited tools to help you the buyer or sellers.
