The present invention relates to a system and a method for evaluating real estate financial structures. Specifically, the present invention provides a method for determining an optimal financial structure for controlling real estate assets. A user enters information into the system that relates to one or a plurality of real estate assets. The system analyzes the inputted information and rates various financing structures that may be used for the control of the real estate assets, including, for example, whether an individual or entity should own, lease, or control the asset via another financing structure.

Abstract:
An electronic organ includes a plurality of buffers for receiving solo keyswitch status information, accompaniment keyswitch status without octave information, and depressed keyswitch status from an arpeggio keyboard. A scan circuit and a microprocessor gate the buffers into an input memory which retains an image of the solo, accompaniment, and arpeggio keyboards. A control program, stored in ROM, is responsive to the input memory, shared registers, and harmony switches actuable in several modes, to produce one or plural harmony notes in either open or closed harmony, and to assign different note names to the actuated keyswitches on the arpeggio keyboard. The resulting harmony and arpeggio notes are stored in an output memory and are transferred to a transistor matrix which activates solo keyers to produce harmony and arpeggio notes with solo voicing. A rhythmic harmony modulator is actuable to modulate the harmony notes in a rhythmic pattern of individual and delayed beats.

Abstract:
A system (200) and method (300) provide an efficient communication system for distributing digital multimedia/HDTV signals to multimedia units in a cellular pattern. The method includes: 1) using at least a first primary wide area-antenna for, where selected, transmitting a digital multimedia/HDTV signal per frequency allocation over at least a portion of a predetermined reception area, wherein a plurality of patterns of cells tesselates the predetermined reception area; and 2) using cell-site antennas having transmitters, each located in a cell, for, where selected, transmitting, when the primary wide area-antenna is deselected, at least a first preselected digital multimedia/HDTV signal over an area of the cell, for providing the HDTV signal to a plurality of digital receivers in accordance with a predetermined scheme, wherein the digital multimedia/HDTV signal is associated with a predetermined frequency allocation.
