Abstract:

Various embodiments provide approaches for measuring the rendering times of a webpage that can be browser-independent. In at least some embodiments, as a web page is rendered, video data of the webpage is captured and analyzed to ascertain when the webpage, or portions thereof, have likely been completely rendered. In at least some embodiments, image processing can be performed on captured video data to ascertain, from observed pixel changes over time, when the webpage has likely been rendered.

Abstract:

Disclosed and claimed are compositions and methods for therapy and/or prevention of restenosis and/or atherosclerosis. The compositions can include an agent for decreasing viral load of cytomegalovirus, such as an immunological composition or vaccine against cytomegalovirus (CMV) containing at least one epitope of interest of CMV and/or an expression system which expresses at least one epitope of interest of CMV. Such compositions can include at least one epitope of p53. Alternatively, the compositions can include at least one epitope of p53 and/or an expression system which expresses the epitope. The methods can include administering the compositions to a patient in need of such therapy and/or prevention. Additionally, compositions and methods for diagnosing atherosclerosis and/or restenosis, or susceptibility thereto, including screening a sample from a patient for antibodies to CMV and/or CMV proteins and/or screening a sample from a patient for specific viral proteins that predict whether the virus has been reactivated and/or antibodies thereto and/or detecting whether CMV nucleic acid, e. g. , mRNA is present in peripheral blood monocytes (PBMCs) and/or detecting a cellular-mediated immune response to CMV peptides or proteins is present and/or HLA phenotyping and/or HLA genotyping.

Abstract:

The present disclosure relates to systems, methods, and non-transitory computer readable media for generating a digital animation of a digital animation character by utilizing a generative adversarial network and a hip motion prediction network. For example, the disclosed systems can utilize an unconditional generative adversarial network to generate a sequence of local poses of a digital animation character based on an input of a random code vector. The disclosed systems can also utilize a conditional generative adversarial network to generate a sequence of local poses based on an input of a set of keyframes. Based on the sequence of local poses, the disclosed systems can utilize a hip motion prediction network to generate a sequence of global poses based on hip velocities. In addition, the disclosed systems can generate an animation of a digital animation character based on the sequence of global poses.

A method for managing account data and handling account recovery requests are disclosed. The method comprises a multi-level identity verification process, including a first level where a specific computing device requesting recovery of an electronic account is requested to identify a trusted contact for the electronic account and a second level where the specific computing device is requested to provide a dynamically generated security code that has been communicated to a trusted contact identified by the specific computing device.
